Template:Map page info/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:Map page info.

In most cases it contains usage information, example, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template should be used for map pages only. A variety of different maps can be created based on a particular subject, for example, tarns, lakes, villages, waterfalls etc. To save time and effort, this template can populate all maps with the same information.

Usage

Simply type or copy/paste {{Map page info}} onto the map page being created. Place it below the map.
