|description = Looking across Easedale Tarn from the moraine at the eastern end close to the outflow of Sourmilk Gill. Here we see a slightly different example of a cirque tarn. Its shapes is quite irregular compared to other cirque tarns that are more circular. Slapestone Edge, Tarn Crag and Greathead Crag are the dominating rocky edifices to the right, with Blea Crag and Eagle Crag to the left.
